Introduction to chest, shoulders and arms

  • Release tension in the chest area
  • Get your shoulders pulled back into place again
  • Train yourself to a better position
  • Pay attention to imbalances in the body
  • Achieve a relaxed body

Many riders become tight in their muscles and fascia in the chest area. These tensions will pull the shoulders forward. In some cases the head and neck will also be pulled forward causing an inappropriate position. This inappropriate position can long term cause pain. These tensions can be caused by stable work, office work, crooked use of the body and much more. It is important to loosen these tensions in order for our bodies to function optimally both in the saddle and throughout the day.
